A long time ago the best towel makers in Japan decided to set up operations in China with the finest machinery German engineering had to offer. The Onsen towel is made in one of the most advanced textile mills on the planet.

  • What makes Supima® cotton special?

Supima® cotton has an extra-long staple fiber which makes it one of the softest and finest on the planet. It’s twice as strong as regular cotton, absorbs more water than regular cotton, and even lasts longer than regular cotton. It is only grown in America, mostly in California.

To bear the Supima® trademark, products must be sourced through a licensed supply chain.

  • Care Instructions

*Avoid using fabric softeners. They work by coating the fibers, which minimizes its natural ability to absorb. We recommend using 100% New Zealand Wool Dryer Balls.
