Furthermore, we partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our Site through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our Services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of our Services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud/security purposes, and advertising. Consent to Data Processing in the United States

 Whether you are a resident of the United States, the European Economic Area, or any other global jurisdiction, we may send and store your personal information outside of the country in which you reside. We currently store your data in the United States. By using our Services and consenting to this Privacy Policy, you agree and hereby consent to the storage and processing of your Personal Information in the United States. We ensure compliance with all applicable laws regarding the subject of this Privacy Policy and take appropriate measure to keep your Personal Information protected, especially, to comply with GDPR requirements regarding lawful transfer mechanisms.

U.S. Supplemental Privacy Policy

This US Supplemental Privacy Notice (“Supplemental Notice”) applies only to information collected about consumers in the following states: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Iowa, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Nevada, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia. • Global Privacy Control (GPC). We recognize browser-based Global Privacy Control signals as a valid request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your Personal Information. Your browser settings may allow you to transmit this signal automatically. We do not recognize older “Do Not Track” signals.

We will not discriminate against you if you decide to exercise your privacy rights.

Please note that, where permitted under applicable law, we may decline a request (other than for opt outs) if we are unable to verify your identity (or an agent’s authority to make the request) and confirm the Personal Information we maintain relates to you.

Verification. In order to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, change, or deletion, we may require you to verify your credentials before you can submit a request to know, correct, or delete personal information. If you do not have an account with us, or if we suspect fraudulent or malicious activity, we may ask you to provide additional personal information for verification. If we cannot verify your identity, we will not be able to honor your request (other than for opt outs).

Authorized Agents. Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may submit a request related to your Personal Information.

Depending on your U.S. state of residence, you may authorize someone to make a privacy rights request on your behalf (an authorized agent). Authorized agents will need to demonstrate that you’ve authorized them to act on your behalf. Additional Disclosures for Specific States

California Residents. California Shine the Light. The California “Shine the Light” law (California Civil Code § 1798.83) permits users who are California residents to request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, a list of the third parties to whom we have disclosed their Personal Information (if any) for their direct marketing purposes in the prior calendar year, as well as the type of Personal Information disclosed to those parties. We comply with this law by offering you the ability to opt out of the “sharing” of your Personal Information.
