Returns and Exchanges
We hope you love your Onsen towels. But if for any reason you’re not entirely satisfied, it’s super simple to return with our 60 day returns policy.
Within 60 days of receiving your Onsen towels, simply send back the items that you want to return and we will replace them or refund the amount you paid for the item. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to our warehouse in Utah.
