Our process

We partnered with a leading manufacturer who specializes in supima textiles, and put the finished product through a rigorous quality assurance process to make sure every towel we ship out lives up to the Onsen name.

It all starts with supima sourced from family farms in the United States, which we ship to our partner so they can begin the process.
